No.

You will need an isp-programmer.

The pololu should be OK. You will have to solder some adapter cable... Just search for the pinout.

For anyone else:
I would suggest some cheap USBasp-clones. You can get them from eBay easily for round about 4$ including shipment.
Works much better, faster and safer than using SerCon (which requires a REAL serial port and not some usb->serial converter).

Take a look at the OSD schematic:
http://mk-epi.de/index.php/Datei:OSD-Schalt.jpg

Connect MOSI, MISO, SCK, RST and GND from your pololu to the accroding pins on the OSD and you should be ready to go.

Where can I buy the PCB+parts (kit), or fully assembled ?

-I know there's a link to assembled version for €150 - but that's too expensive by principle.
A kit, or assembled for €60-70 would probaply be reasonable (assembled is usually cheaper if ordered at some volume, because the manufacturers pay very little for big component-purchases.)

You can get the PCB over at
http://mk-epi.de/index.php/Bestellung
for 12,90EUR each...
They do have the MAX7456 as well for 19,50EUR

And there is a part-list including part numbers for reichelt (except for the MAX7456)
http://mk-epi.de/index.php/L%C3%B6ten_der_OSD_Platine#St.C3.BCckliste
Which is worth 14EUR including the SMC Connectors that nobody uses :-)

Buying PCB+MAX7456 at mk-epi and the rest at reichelt results in roughly 47EUR (no shipment included).

As a side-note: The assembled PCBs are NOT built by machines, they are hand-soldered and tested. And the "some volume" argument keeps falling apart when you think about the numbers of OSDs that have been sold over the years, (according to some rumors) there are less than 1k of those OSDs around for which the PCBs have been ordered in batches of 10-50... And ordering those amounts of MAX7456 does NOT cut the price to any reasonable level...

CaScAdE :
Yes, I am well aware of that, I do have SMD/Hot air, rework soldering stations, and traditional soldering/desoldering equipment.
It's also right that the parts are cheap - that is, until you realize that it needs to be ordered from multiple vendors, paying multiple shipping, then customs fee and so on..
That's why I request an option to buy a "kit" - 13+20+14€ are your numbers, making €47. And I suggested a kit (or assembled) version for €60

BTW, some I even have some MAX7456 around from the time I made my own OSDs, (not nearly as nice as C-OSD, or MinimOSD (those were for Mavlink..))

Anyway - please consider offering a *kit*

@AndreK: why not wait just a little time? About every week someone is selling an EPI here in the forum, for less bucks than you think...

@quadflyer8 , sounds like a good idea, is there a way of subscribing to the correct thread ? - I guess you mean the german thread ?.

you can subscribe a single thread, but not the whole buy&sell area:
http://forum.mikrokopter.de/forum-19.html

Another way is to post a new thread for yourself in this area:
Suche: EPI OSD

I'm sure you will find someone who sells one...

@Andre

I have one for You in Russia.
I am using two of them and since I have my gimbal turning I cannot use one of them in the Hexa I use.
You'll have to check its functionality though and might need to upgrade the software (I was never doing it yet)
I'll take it to Piter today and we can discuss the transport to Moscow seperately.

Hi CaScAdE,
