I'm a newbee and started flying my oktokopter 3 weeks ago. Without gps-hold it's difficult to fly my kopter on the same position. It tends to move to the right every flight.

Especially when you want to takeoff in a small space it's stressfull ;-(

Is there a way to trim the kopter, so that without GPS-hold it also takes off straight up?

No, did the other calibration (throttle left upper corner) every time before I took off. This one is new for me.
Do I have to do this every flight?

Nop, just once, but the propeller-plane have to be absolutely level when you do it.

This is from the wiki

Perform ACC Calibration:
It is *very* important that the MK is as horizontal and still as possible, shim it up so the arms are perfectly level, then program EEPROM by moving left stick to upper right corner. (max throttle + max right yaw)- you'll hear audible confirmation.
ACC only needs to be calibrated once, after that you can start from an embankment or sloping surface without problems. The saved values will be loaded at every bootup.
